New Jersey Residents Will March And Demand Expanded Access To Drivers Licenses Now, “We’ve been fighting for over 10 years for this legislation!”
More than 100 expected to march in front of statehouse before meeting with legislators on A4743/S3229 in support of expanding access to drivers licenses to all qualified residents.
WHEN: Monday, December 17th at 10:30am gathering starts, 11am march begins
Where:
Starting at Turning Point United Methodist Church,15 South Broad Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08608;
Ending with Rally at Trenton War Memorial, 1 Memorial Dr, Trenton, NJ 08608
WHAT: More than a hundred New Jersey residents including community leaders will march and rally to call for expanded access to drivers licenses before heading to statehouse to speak with legislators about supporting A4743/S3229 and bringing it to a vote in committee. More than 500,000 New Jersey residents are not able to access a driver’s licenses currently.
