New Milford Council Candidate Jude Ezeh reacts to the ShopRite trash in the New Milford area, and in the property behind ShopRite.

Statement from Jude Ezeh:

It is very disheartening to see our community becoming littered with trash at our local ShopRite. This should not happen due to COVID-19, and we ought to continue to keep our town safe and clean. Outside of our ShopRite are garbage bins for our utilization, and I encourage everyone to continue to utilize them as our town continues to help prevent the spread of this COVID-19 Virus.

Also, I do understand that not everyone who shops at our ShopRite in New Milford lives in New Milford, but we must not condone such unwholesome behavior from such individuals or from any of our own New Milford residents who might be guilty of this.

I strongly advice that such perpetrators come to an abrupt stop from such acts, and I encourage every shoppers to utilize the several trash bins and recyclable bins outside of our New Milford ShopRite. More so, I encourage all shoppers at our ShopRite, and including all residents, to continue to commit towards keeping our New Milford environment clean and safe for us all — as it has always been.

Jude was the former Political Director for the entire College Democrats in the state of New Jersey, and he is a Graduate School Student at Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU).
