September 18, 2024 – NEWARK, NJ – Chat Box with David Cruz, the public affairs series produced by NJ PBS, New Jersey’s public media network, will premiere an in-person conversation with New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy this Thursday, September 19 at 6pm on the NJ Spotlight News YouTube channel. The program then airs in its weekly timeslot on Saturday, 9/21 at 6:30pm, Sunday, 9/22 at 10:30am on NJ PBS (check local listings).
Chat Box is moderated by series host and NJ Spotlight News Sr. Political Correspondent David Cruz. In this week’s discussion, recorded at the Agnes Varis NJ PBS Studio in Newark, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy joins Cruz to discuss top issues facing the state, from continuing problems at NJ Transit to the status of affordable housing, and school desegregation, as well as his political future and the upcoming US Senate and Presidential elections.
