New York Young Republicans Endorse Mike Ghassali for Congress

New York, NY-Montvale Mayor and Republican candidate for Congress, Mike Ghassali issued the following statement about the endorsement he received from the New York Young Republican Club.

“I am honored to have the prestigious endorsement of the New York Young Republican Club. The NYYRC is the oldest (founded 1911) and largest Young Republican club in the nation and is run by some of the brightest and most capable young talent in our party and in politics. Their influence stretches well beyond New York City and their voices are heard across the nation. I thank them for their support!”

“The New York Young Republican Club is proud to endorse Mike Ghassali for Congress in New Jersey’s 5th Congressional District. As Mayor of Montvale, Mike has reduced taxes for his constituents. He will continue to do the same for them in Congress. He was also the first mayor in New Jersey to declare his borough “not a sanctuary city” to ensure federal immigration law will be properly enforced.

Mike Ghassali is the epitome of the American dream. As an immigrant from Syria, he knows firsthand that this country is worth fighting for.
