NJ CANNABUSINESS ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT SCOTT RUDDER TO MODERATE NJBIZ PANEL ON FUTURE CANNABIS LEGISLATION

Trenton — New Jersey CannaBusiness Association (NJCBA) President Scott Rudder will moderate a panel entitled “Business of Cannabis: Upcoming Legislation And What To Expect.” The panel, hosted by NJBIZ, will include William J. Caruso of Archer & Greiner, George Garcia of Connell Foley, Jim Minninger of Viridis Security Group, Rosie Naumovski of Treatment Solutions of New Jersey, and Sandy Suchoff of The Canna CPAs.

This event will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, September 18, from 8am – 10am at The Imperia, located at 1714 Easton Avenue in Somerset.

This event occurs as momentum continues to build on cannabis related issues in New Jersey.  Senate President Sweeney recently commented that he is confident both the Senate and Assembly will have the votes necessary to pass legislation legalizing recreational cannabis and expanding medical cannabis. In addition, media outlets have reported that bill sponsors in both the Senate and Assembly have agreed on crucial aspects of potential legislation.
