NJ PBS to Broadcast and Stream Live Coverage of Governor’s State of the State Address Tuesday, January 9

 

January 8, 2024 – NEWARK, NJ – NJ PBS, New Jersey’s public television network, will broadcast and stream live coverage of Governor Phil Murphy’s 2024 State of the State Address on Tuesday, January 9 at 3:28 p.m. (subject to change). Coverage from the Assembly Chamber at the New Jersey State House in Trenton will be provided by NJ Spotlight News and include the governor’s speech and a Republican response. In addition to watching the television broadcast (check local listings), viewers can stream the coverage on MyNJPBS.org/liveNJSpotlightNews.org and YouTube.

This year’s State of the State Address coverage will be anchored by the network’s newscast anchor Briana Vannozzi. NJ Spotlight News Senior Political Correspondent David Cruz and Senior Correspondent Joanna Gagis will report from the State House in Trenton. NJ Spotlight News Special Projects Editor Colleen O’Dea will be joined by Director of Rider University’s Rebovich Institute for New Jersey Politics Micah Rasmussen to provide analysis from the Agnes Varis NJ PBS Studio in Newark.
