NJ Working Families Party Responds to Attorney General’s Filing in Norcross Racketeering Case

NEW JERSEY — In response to a court filing by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in the state’s racketeering case against George Norcross and others, New Jersey Working Families Party State Director Antoinette Miles issued the following response:

“George Norcross and his lawyers can try to litigate this case in the press and manipulate public opinion, but they can’t Harry Houdini their way out of the facts. The State’s court filing reaffirms the severity of Norcross’s alleged crimes and the mounting evidence that he used his corrupt political organization to line his pockets at the taxpayers’ expense.”

“Enough is enough. This case should have its day in court where the facts can speak for themselves.”
