Rundown on New Jersey’s Budget 

 

ROSELAND, N.J. – Governor Murphy recently signed a $38.7 billion budget for New Jersey’s 2019/20 fiscal year. In the latest episode of the IssuesWatch podcast, Andrew Musick from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association provides an overview of the budget: what was included, what was excluded and what was line-item vetoed by the Governor. And, since we cover politics as well as policy, some of the politics of how this budget came to be.
