NJCU Interim President Acebo Moderates Fair360 DEI Thought Leader Discussion
JERSEY CITY, N.J. | On May 13, New Jersey City University (NJCU) Interim President Andrés Acebo served as the moderator of a Fair360 thought leader panel entitled “2024 Top 50 Companies: Bridging DEI & Strategic Business.” Acebo led the segment “Navigating the Current DEI Landscape.”

The 23rd annual Fair360 Top 50 Companies event, held at The Glasshouse in New York City featured a day of learning sessions, keynote speakers and the Top 50 Companies awards dinner.
The Fair 360 Conference was hosted by Luke Visconti, chairman of the NJCU Board of Trustees, and included several guest panelists, including Mamadou A. Bah ’16, an alumnus who graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Biology. Bah is currently the Director of Mentorship and Outreach for the organization Black in Cancer, and a Ph.D. Candidate in Immunology and Microbial Pathogenesis at the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences.
