NJEA congratulates Lt. Gov. Tahesha Way
TRENTON, NJ — NJEA joined advocates across New Jersey today in lauding the selection of Tahesha Way to serve as lieutenant governor alongside Gov. Phil Murphy. Way, who was already serving in the Murphy administration as secretary of state, was sworn in today to serve as New Jersey’s third lieutenant governor. She succeeds the late Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver, who passed away earlier this summer.

NJEA’s officers, President Sean M. Spiller, Vice President Steve Beatty and Secretary-Treasurer Petal Robertson, congratulated Way and commended Murphy for her selection to the post.  – Read more>>>
