NJ’s Stark & Stark Announces New Attorneys

The law firm of Stark & Stark announced Zachary Breidenbach, Esq., Ronald Minsky, Esq., and Alexis Wiggley, Esq, have joined its Lawrenceville office.

Mr. Breidenbach is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights, Commercial Litigation and Shopping Center & Retail Development groups, concentrating his practice in the area of commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy and real estate litigation. A resident of Levittown, Pa., he holds a J.D. from Barry University School of Law.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he worked for a Pennsylvania-based law firm where he was part of the team of attorneys who researched, briefed, strategized and argued a multi-party fraudulent transfer adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court. The case, which spanned multiple years, resulted in a successful settlement favorable to Mr. Briedenbach’s clients.

Ronald Minsky, a resident of Bradley Beach, joins Stark & Stark’s Investment Management & Securities Group. He concentrates his practice on counseling financial service entities including investment advisors, broker-dealers, public and private investment companies, insurance brokers/agents and CPA firms regarding registration, compliance, liability and litigation issues.

Mr. Minsky most recently served as vice president, litigition counsel, for Fidelity National Financial, where he focused on commercial litigation, transactional and merger/acquisition matters and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. He was also previously a deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General, and holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.

Alexis Wiggley is a member of Stark & Stark’s Commercial Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use and Banking & Financial Services groups. She represents developers, landowners, lenders and individuals on a wide range of matters for the real estate and banking industry including commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing, loan transactions and land development projects.

Ms. Wiggley, a resident of Plainsboro, most recently served as an attorney for a Illinois-based law firm where she practiced general business, real estate and estate planning. She holds a J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
