NJ’s Stark & Stark to Host Harley-Davidson Co-Founder Family at MDA Ride for Life
The law firm of Stark & Stark will be hosting Jean Davidson, granddaughter of Harley-Davidson Co-Founder Walter Davidson, and her son Jon Davidson Oeflein, during the 35th Annual MDA Ride for Life. This special event, benefitting the Muscular Dystrophy Association, will be held from April 29–May 1 at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center in Lebanon, Pa., from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Stark & Stark Shareholder Joel R. Rosenberg, a civil trial attorney, will host the Davidsons at the Stark & Stark tent during MDA Ride for Life, as well as address various legal topics for attendees. Jean Davidson and Jon Davidson Oeflein will be speaking about growing up with the legendary founders of Harley-Davidson. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of Stark & Stark’s Motorcycle Accidents practice, informally known as “the Riders’ Lawyers.” He has represented victims who have been catastrophically injured as the result of motorcycle accidents for more than 30 years. He is also a member of the American Motorcycle Association and Harley Owners Group.
“We are excited to be hosting Jean Davidson and Jon Davidson Oeflein to offer unique insight into Harley-Davidson’s history while supporting the wonderful work done by the Muscular Dystrophy Association,” said Rosenberg. “We want to celebrate the exciting history of motorcycles, but also help today’s riders be safer and well aware of their rights.”
The Stark & Stark tent at MDA Ride for Life will offer complimentary signed copies of Jean Davidson’s book, “Harley-Davidson Family Memories,” to the first 10 visitors, as well as additional raffles and giveaways throughout the event. In addition to introducing the speakers, Mr. Rosenberg will be on hand to discuss motorcycle safety and legal issues, including how to communicate with insurance companies and juries if an accident occurs.
The MDA Ride for Life is presented by the Eastern Harley-Davidson Dealers Association in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s fight against various neuromuscular diseases affecting children and adults. For more information, please visit https://www.facebook.com/events/375607887802029.
