Pursuant to Rule 10 of the Somerset County Republican Organization By-Laws, Chairman Tim Howes, after consultation with the Executive Committee, hereby calls for a Screening Meeting of the Somerset County Republican Organization for the following offices:

President of the United States
U.S. Senate
U.S. House of Representatives, 7th Congressional District
U.S. House of Representatives, 12th Congressional District
Somerset County Commissioner (two seats)

The meeting will be held in person at the following date and time:
March 5, 2024, 7:00 PM
Somerville Elks Lodge
375 Union Avenue
Bridgewater, NJ 08807

A potential candidate for any of the above offices must meet the legal and residential qualifications for that office.

Candidates for U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives must submit a Letter of Intent on or before January 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Candidates for County Commissioner must submit a Letter of Intent on or before February 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm.

County Commissioner candidates must also submit a resume/curriculum vitae.
