NW Capital Markets Inc. Announces Unexpected Passing of Founding Principal Dennis J. Enright

Dear colleagues, clients, and friends:

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Dennis J. Enright, a beloved colleague, friend and founding Principal of NW Financial Group, LLC and NW Capital Markets Inc.

Dennis was a visionary leader, an expert in financial advisory services, and above all, a mentor and father figure to many of us at NW. His contributions to the financial world, including innovative public-private partnerships and critical infrastructure projects, leave behind a legacy that will continue to shape our industry for years to come.

Over his 50+year career, Dennis earned national recognition for his expertise behind some of the most complex infrastructure and public-private partnership projects in the nation. His leadership earned him national recognition, notably for the groundbreaking restructuring of public facilities and his contributions to the transportation sector. Dennis was instrumental in shaping the industry, and his influence reached as far as the halls of Congress. Most importantly, his greatest pride was the relationships he built with colleagues, clients, and communities. He led with integrity, passion, and unwavering commitment.

More than his accomplishments, Dennis was known for his generous spirit, mentorship, and genuine care for those around him. He touched the lives of everyone at NW and beyond, offering not only his knowledge but also his kindness, wisdom, and friendship. We will continue to honor Dennis’ legacy as we move forward.

Dennis’ loss is deeply felt, and our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Pat, his son, Jeff, his daughter, Kelly and his grandson, Nicholas during this difficult time.

He will provide information on any arrangements as they become available for those who
wish to pay their respects.

Please join us in remembering Dennis for the incredible impact he made on so many lives, both professionally and personally. Dennis will be greatly missed by all.
