OCEAN COUNTY SENDS DELEGATES TO THE RNC CONVENTION
Congratulations to Ginny Haines (Ocean County Freeholder) and Bill Palatucci on their unanimous re-election as RNC Committeewoman and RNC Committeeman representing NJ at the RNC Convention.
We are also very proud of our Ocean County Delegates that will represent Ocean County at the National Convention and they are:
3rd Congressional District:
Ruthanne Scaturro as a District Delegate – Retired from Ferguson Enterprises after 28 years; very active in the Brick Township Council over the years and is Vice Chair of the Brick Township Municipal Committee. Ms. Scaturro is a Commissioner on the Ocean County Library and the Ocean County Board of Health. She has also served as President of both the Lakewood and Brick Chambers of Commerce and has been involved with many community non-profits in Ocean County.
Esther Libenschek as an Alternate District Delegate – Presently owns and operates two family businesses in Ocean County. Ms. Libenschek has several year’s experience in election campaigns and was a current founder and President of the Stafford Conservative Republican Club. She currently is the Club President.
4th Congressional District:
Michael Thulen as a District Delegate – Currently serving as NJ State Director Rural Development at USDA. Michael became involved in politics at a very young age working on his father’s campaigns. He has been very involved with Ocean County politics on many levels. He served as President of the Ocean County Young Republicans, served as Chairman of the New Jersey Young Republican Federation, served as Treasurer of the Young Republican National Federation and served as Councilman in Point Pleasant Borough. Mr. Thulen is also a past board member of Hometown Heroes and past Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Brick Township Housing Authority. Michael was named Young Republican Man of the Year by the Young Republican National Federation in 2019.
