MAHWAH – Today, Frank T. Pallotta, candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s Fifth Congressional District, is proud to announce endorsements from Paramus Councilman Chris DiPiazza and Councilman-Elect Joseph Vartolone.

Chris DiPiazza, a tenacious campaigner and advocate for Paramus taxpayers, was elected to Council in 2017. Despite running in a year which was unfavorable for Republicans statewide, Chris aggressively campaigned in every precinct and championed a message of responsible government and maintaining the high quality of life for which Paramus has become known. Chris also ran as a candidate for State Assembly this year, coming within 3,000 votes of shocking the political establishment in the 38th Legislative District.

Joseph Vartolone will bring strong Paramus roots and a wealth of experience from both the private and public sector when he is sworn in this January. Serving as Deputy Senior Director of Governance and Administration of Shared Services at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, as well as 24 years of service management experience in the private sector, Joe is well-equipped to represent the taxpayers of Paramus on the Borough Council.

“I’m proud to have earned the support of Chris DiPiazza and Joe Vartolone. Both have proven that difficult elections can be won and Republican values of lower taxes and responsible government are winning issues at the ballot box. I look forward to working with both of them and ensuring Paramus’ values are adequately represented in Washington.”

Councilman DiPiazza and Councilman-Elect Vartolone join Councilwoman Jeanne Weber in supporting Pallotta for Congress, completing unanimous support among local Republican elected officials in the district’s 6th largest municipality
