Parkland Students’ Come to NJ For Road to Change

On August 9, the National Road to Change/March For Our Lives Tour will be stopping for “a Picnic For Our Lives” in Morristown, NJ. The public is invited to join us for an afternoon of empowerment and education over lunch at Lidgerwood Park, from 12pm – 3pm. Local political organizations have been invited to set up tables and promote civic engagement and gun violence prevention. Student activists from across NJ, as well as students from Houston, Chicago, and Milwaukee and core members of the March For Our Lives movement of Parkland, Florida will be in attendance.

To get involved, text @MFOLNJ to 810-10, or follow @MFOLNJ on Twitter or Instagram. All NJ residents invited but students especially welcome.
