Pascrell Announces COVID-19 Mobile Testing Sites for Paterson

Expanded testing capacity will aid New Jersey in preventing the spread of COVID-19

PATERSON, NJ – U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) announced today that the City of Paterson will host multiple mobile testing sites through September and October funded in part by federal CARES Act funding. Located throughout the city, the mobile testing efforts will help Paterson test residents and prevent the spread of the virus. The mobile testing operation has been active since last week and is scheduled to remain active through the end of October. Mobile testing is only open to residents and the dates below are subject to change.

“The opening of these mobile testing sites is terrific news for Silk City residents,” said Rep. Pascrell. “While New Jersey has come a long way, we still must do everything we can to mitigate the spread of this virus. Testing and contact tracing are two of the most vital tools at our disposal and this news could not come at a better time. These sites will help protect your health and ultimately save lives. Thanks to the leadership of Governor Murphy and his team, we’re using all the tools in our toolbox to protect our communities.”

The below expected testing schedule is subject to change.
