SOUTH ORANGE, NJ – FRIDAY, JANUARY 17 at 11:30AM, U.S. Reps. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) and Donald Payne, Jr. (D-NJ-10) will join with survivors of the tragic Seton Hall dormitory fire, local fire and state officials, and university leadership as they unveil their legislation to increase fire safety measures on college campuses.
