Paterson Councilwoman-at-Large Lilisa Mimms: After canvassing throughout the city of Paterson and receiving numerous complaints, it was brought to my attention that many street lights and lights on bridges were not working. I made a few calls and partnered with Department of Public Works (DPW), the County and PSE&G to initiate the TURN THE LIGHTS ON project!

Safety is our priority! Where there is and has been no lights, I’m declaring over the city of Paterson, “TURN THE LIGHTS ON!”
