PLANNED PARENTHOOD ACTION FUND ENDORSES FRANK
PALLONE JR. FOR CONGRESS

Long Branch, NJ – – – Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-6) was
endorsed by Planned Parenthood Action Fund for his 2020 reelection
campaign.

“I am proud to have Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s endorsement
for my 2020 reelection campaign. I will continue to fight for
comprehensive women’s health care and a woman’s right to choose,”
said Pallone. “With women’s rights under constant attack by the
Trump Administration, I stand steadfast in my support of Planned
Parenthood and the important services they provide for women’s
health in my district and around the country.”

In a press release announcing over 100 endorsed candidates across the
country, Alexis McGill Johnson, Acting President and CEO, Planned
Parenthood Action Fund said, “So much is at stake in this election.
Emboldened by the Trump administration’s divisive rhetoric, Republican
leadership in Congress has been hellbent on stripping away our rights and
pushing access to health care out of reach for millions of Americans —
leaving many with nowhere to turn for care…We’re proud to stand with our
incumbent champions and fierce challengers. Together we can and will
expand our pro-reproductive rights majority in the House and flip the
Senate.”

Planned Parenthood Action Fund is an independent, nonpartisan,
not-for-profit membership organization formed as the advocacy and
political arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. The Action
Fund engages in educational and electoral activity, including grassroots
organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education.

Congressman Frank Pallone is running for reelection to the U.S. House of
Representatives in the 6th Congressional District of NJ. The 6th district
encompasses most of Middlesex County, as well as the Bayshore and
oceanfront areas of Monmouth County.
