Planned Parenthood Action Fund of NJ marks final weekend of gubernatorial race with major GOTV efforts
Volunteers spend final days of the campaign phoning, canvassing and hosting events across the state
TRENTON, NJ — Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey (PPAFNJ) is ramping up get out the vote (GOTV) efforts through Election Day. Volunteers and grassroots activists will be educating New Jersey voters about Phil Murphy’s strong positions in support of women’s health and rights.
The following events are open to reporters and news outlets seeking photo and video opportunities or to cover grassroots GOTV actions leading up to the election:
Saturday, November 4
Phone Banks for Phil Murphy
Visuals: Volunteers on phones, reproductive rights and women’s health signage
• Gibbstown: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Summit: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• Hoboken: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Newark: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, November 5
Monmouth County Eggs, Bacon, Action! Brunch and Canvass
Ocean Grove – 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by canvassing in Monmouth County

Monday, November 6
Newark Train Station Canvass
Newark Penn Station – 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Election Day Phone Banks
