(Atlantic City, NJ) — The following is information for press coverage of Senator Jim Whelan’s Public Memorial this Thursday.
What: Public Memorial for Senator Jim Whelan
Where: Boardwalk Hall — Arena
When: Thursday, September 14th, 2017
Receiving Line to Pay Respects: 10:00am – 11:30am
Service: 11:30am – 1:00pm
We expect the receiving line to form well before 10:00am on the Boardwalk. Doors to BH will open at 10:00am. There will be a press riser behind the floor seating with a pressbox available for the audio feed. There will be internet access via Boardwalk Hall’s WiFi.
Members of the Press will be free to roam the Boardwalk Hall Arena floor to speak with the public and dignitaries during the receiving line time, as well as the Boardwalk prior to doors opening.
