Problem Solvers Caucus Co-Chairs Applaud Proposed Infrastructure Revitalization in Upcoming Stimulus

WASHINGTON – Today, the Co-Chairs of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, Reps Tom Reed (R-NY) and Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) released the following statement:

“The Coronavirus crisis isn’t only a public health crisis. It will also leave a lasting impact on our country’s economy. As outlined in the Problem Solvers Caucus’ Health Crisis & Economic Revival Package, any additional emergency packages taken up by Congress must contain significant investment in America’s crumbling infrastructure. These investments will help small, medium and larger businesses and provide opportunities for Americans to get back to work. Additionally, investing in our infrastructure systems will help to keep our country’s economy moving. We applaud Speaker Pelosi and President Trump for taking up this charge.”
