Glen Rock, NJ – Today, Representative Ayanna Pressley endorsed Dr. Arati Kreibich for Congress in NJ-5. The endorsement marks a key turning point in the hotly contested primary, with Arati’s campaign building momentum rapidly after recently calling for debates and releasing a polling memo from Data for Progress highlighting Arati’s path to victory vs. conservative incumbent Rep. Josh Gottheimer.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented hurt and exposed the entrenched disparities and inequities in our communities, but it has also shown us why we so urgently need leaders like Dr. Arati Kreibich in Congress,” said Rep. Ayanna Pressley.
