Rep. Sherrill Response to Special Counsel Mueller’s Statement

Parsippany, NJ – Representative Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) released the following response to Special Counsel Mueller’s statement today:

“Special Counsel Mueller delivered a stark reminder and warning to all of us today, making it clear the systemic effort to undermine our democracy ‘deserves the attention of every American.’ It remains Congress’ duty to hear directly from the Special Counsel and to further investigate the findings contained in his report, including those matters limited by Justice Department policy. The security and integrity of our election system remains paramount.”
