Republicans for a Better Hamilton: Lame duck Mayor Yaede continues to demonstrate why she lost the election

Yaede

Lame duck Mayor Kelly continues to demonstrate why she lost the election.

Republicans For A Better Hamilton has yet again been labeled as an alt-right hate group by
Mayor Kelly Yaede in a quote in a Trentonian newspaper article published November 29, 2019.
Let’s look at how these terms are defined.

Webster’s Dictionary defines alt-right as right-wing, primarily online political movement whose
members reject mainstream conservative politics and espouse extremist beliefs and policies
typically centered on ideas of white nationalism.

From Wikipedia a hate group is a social group that advocates and practices hatred, hostility,
or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender
identity, sexual orientation or any other designated sector of society.
Wow. Is there really such a group here in Hamilton?

NO!

Republicans for a Better Hamilton was formed by citizens who were aware, of the now lame
duck, administration’s lack of vision, direction and leadership which needed to be brought to the
forefront for everyone to see and understand. We gave everyone a chance to speak and be
heard. There is no right or wrong idea in our organization just people wanting to be a part of
something good.

Our group came together because Kelly Yaede and Dennis Pone, Hamilton Municipal Chair,
disenfranchised loyal Republicans. We disagreed with their actions, lack of accountability and
the lack of true transparent leadership. We became persona non grata. We were cast aside and
vilified. Not once did they reach out to discuss how we could work together, as party loyalists, to
keep a Republican in office on Greenwood Avenue.

We demanded action. We saw that Greenwood Avenue was not working as efficiently or
effectively as possible. We needed the citizens to step up and challenge the problems and the
people in government, and if that did not work, change it.
