REV. JOHN MUNIZ, PRESIDENT OF THE HISPANIC PASTORS ASSOC. OF HUDSON COUNTY, ENDORSES TOM ZUPPA FOR COUNCIL

JERSEY CITY, NJ – Reverend John Muniz of the Second Reformed Church and President of the Hispanic Pastors Association of Hudson County has endorsed Tom Zuppa in Jersey City’s Ward C Council race.

Rev. Muniz stated, “I am proud to support Tom for Council. He is someone who answered the call for his community, from delivering groceries to our seniors since the start of the pandemic, to supporting back-to-school drives for children. My church is in the Heights and many of my congregants are from Ward C. We need someone who is committed to providing representation to all people in the community and providing them with a voice in their City. Tom will provide the energy and dedication to get things done.”

Addressing the endorsement, Zuppa said, “We are bringing a coalition of people together to send a message to City Hall that change is coming. This campaign has always been about bringing solutions to Ward C and making the quality of life better for everyone here. Whether you are progressive or conservative, Democrat or Republican, you deserve to have safe and clean streets, to be able to afford to live in your neighborhood, open, green space, and opp

ortunities for recreation in your own community, without having to travel to another part of the City.”
