Scutari Statement on Union County Prosecutor Announcement
TRENTON – Senator Nicholas P. Scutari (D-Union, Somerset and Middlesex) issued the following statement on the announcement that Union County Acting Prosecutor Grace H. Park will depart her position later this month and return to the private sector. She will be succeeded by Thomas K. Isenhour, who currently serves as First Assistant Union County Prosecutor:
“I want to thank Prosecutor Park for her commitment and years of dedicated service to the people of Union County and to the important work of promoting fairness and pursuing justice. Since 2013, she has led the office and an impressive team of prosecutors with professionalism and distinction. I wish her the best as she begins the next chapter of her career in the private sector.
“Thomas Isenhour has served decades in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office including as First Assistant during Prosecutor Park’s tenure as chief law enforcement officer in the county. I have all the confidence that he will continue to operate the office with the effectiveness and professionalism that we’ve seen over the last number of years. I wish him well and look forward to working with him in his new capacity.”
