Sen. Joe Pennacchio was named a “Guardian of Small Business” by NFIB New Jersey

“I’m happy to fight for small businesses, because they do so much for our state and their communities,” Senator Pennacchio said. “These are family-run operations and they put a lot of time and hard work into growing and protecting jobs for their employees. They will always have my support.”

The NFIB represents 325,000 small businesses nationwide and works to support them as they navigate any problems that arise because of taxes, healthcare, regulations and more.

Pennacchio was selected as a “Guardian of Small Business” because he has voted with small-business owners 100-percent of the time, according to NFIB New Jersey, and because of his understanding of the problems facing family-owned businesses and their employees.

“The business environment in New Jersey can be tough, even for larger companies,” Senator Pennacchio said. “If small businesses are going to have a chance, they need people to stand up for them. I want them to know they can always count on me.”
