Senate  and Assembly Education Committees Will Convene to Hear from Commissioner of Education on Future of PARCC Assessments

TRENTON – The Senate and Assembly Education Committees will hold a joint hearing on Monday to hear from Dr. Lamont Repollet, the Commissioner of Education. He will be discussing the Department of Education’s current policy and its plans moving forward regarding statewide assessments and the use of students’ scores on assessments for the purpose of educator evaluations.

The meeting will be held on Monday, September 17 at 10:00AM in Committee Room 4, 1^st Floor, State House Annex, Trenton, New Jersey.
