Senate Budget Hearings: Labor, Transportation & Agriculture

 

Trenton – The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee will hold departmental budget hearings tomorrow on Governor Phil Murphy’s spending proposal for Fiscal Year 2023 with presentations by The Department of Labor & Workforce Development, The Department of Transportation/NJ Transit/Motor Vehicles Commission, and The Department of Agriculture.

 

The in-person sessions will be held Thursday, May 5th, Committee Room 4, State House Annex, Trenton, and will be available online via the OLS homepage: https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/

 

  • 10:30 a.m. – The Department of Labor & Workforce Development: With Commissioner Rob Asaro-Angelo, and other top officials.

 

  • 1:00 p.m. – The Department of Transportation/NJ Transit/Motor Vehicles Commission: With Diane Gutierrez, Commissioner, NJ DOT; Kevin Corbett, President, NJ Transit; Sue Fulton, Chief Administrator, NJMVC, and other top officials.

 

  • 3:00 p.m. – The Department of Agriculture: With Secretary of Agriculture Douglas Fisher, and other top officials.
