Senate Environment and Energy Committee to Hold Hearing on Electric Grid Reliability

 

 

Trenton – Tomorrow’s Senate Environment and Energy Committee will include a public hearing on steps New Jersey should make to modernize the electrical grid.

 

Participants providing testimony on grid modernization will include:

·    Bob Brabson, Executive Director, Board of Public Utilities

·    Chance Lykins, Director of Government Affairs, Board of Public Utilities

·    Asim Z. Haque, Vice President, State Policy and Member Services, PJM Interconnection

·    Kim Hanemann, President and Chief Operating Officer, Public Service Electric and Gas

·    Jim Fakult, President, Jersey City Power and Light

·    Doug Mokoid, Region President, Atlantic City Electric

·    Abe Silverman, Director, Non-Technical Barriers Program, Center on Global Energy Policy, Columbia University

 

The Senate Environment and Energy Committee will meet on Thursday, June 8, 10:00 a.m., Committee Room 6, State House Annex, Trenton.
