A Closer Look at the Novel Virus – Get Answers to Your Questions
Dear Friends,
Today’s climate is characterized by a swath of uncertainty. Everyday my office receives questions about when the state will reopen, when people can return to work, when schools will resume, and how the economy will recover. While these are important questions that govern many of our lives and businesses, a lot falls on the scientific community’s research and knowledge of the novel coronavirus.
To understand the future, we must first understand this virus. How is the virus transmitted, how long does it survive on surfaces, which demographics are most at risk, how infectious is the virus, how deadly is the virus, if I had the virus am I immune, how long does immunity last, is there treatment available, and can I receive a vaccine? Until we understand the parameters of this virus, we cannot truly forecast what the future holds.
As such, I am glad to announce my Zoom Town Hall with Holy Name Hospital on Wednesday, June 17 at 6:00PM.
Featured in this panel will be Holy Name Hospital President and CEO Michael Maron, Englewood Hospital Dr. Brunnquell, Holy Name Hospital Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer Adam D. Jarrett, MD, MS, FACHE, Atlantic Health System Senior Vice President, Chief Medical and Academic Officer Dr. Jan Schawrz-Miller, and Holy Name Hospital Dr. Clenton Coleman.
