Trenton – The Senate’s team of economic recovery strategists working to develop ways to safely restart the state’s economy will conduct two more hearings next week to discuss the need to allow for the re-opening of car dealerships, personal care services, summer camps, daycare and other retail activities, Senator Paul Sarlo said today.

The remote hearing for dealerships, personal care and more retail activities will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. and the session for camps and daycare is scheduled for Thursday at 1:00 p.m. The participants will be announced later this week.

In addition to Senator Sarlo, the chairman of the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee, the members of the fiscal recovery taskforce include Senator Steve Oroho, the Senate Republican Officer, Senate President Pro Tempore M. Teresa Ruiz and Senator Troy Singleton.

The taskforce held a hearing yesterday that focused on hospitals and healthcare.
