Senator Sam Thompson Endorses Sue Kiley for Congress against Frank Pallone

Edison, NJ- State Senator Sam Thompson, the only Republican from Middlesex County in the state legislature, announced his endorsement of Sue Kiley, the Deputy Director of the Monmouth County Board of Commissioners, for the Republican nomination for Congress in New Jersey’s 6th district.

“Sue Kiley represents our best opportunity to retire Frank Pallone from Congress and to return control of the House of Representative to the Republican Party,” said Thompson, Old Bridge, who has represented portions of Middlesex in Trenton since 1998.

“Deputy Director Kiley has demonstrated that she is an outstanding public servant and an even better candidate,” Thompson said. “She flipped her hometown from Democrat control into a Republican stronghold in her two elections for Township Committee and she won County-wide for Commissioner twice with over 60% of the vote. I urge my fellow Middlesex County Republican Leaders to endorse her at the screening committee and I enthusiastically endorse her at the Middlesex County Republican Convention.”

“This year is our best opportunity to send Frank Pallone back to New Jersey.”
