Senator Troy Singleton to Volunteer at Cinnaminson Relay For Life for September “Serve With Singleton” Event

Cinnaminson, NJ – State Senator Troy Singleton will partner with the American Cancer Society to assist with their Relay for Life event at Cinnaminson High School. The event will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2019 atCinnaminson High School, located at 1197 Riverton Road, and the Senator will volunteer from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m.

“We are fortunate to be partnering for a second time with the American Cancer Society for their Relay for Life event in Cinnaminson,” says Singleton, who represents the town as part of the 7th Legislative District. “This disease continues to affect thousands of individuals and their families every year, so it is our privilege to be able to lend a helping hand to this organization which tirelessly dedicates their time and resources to find a cure.”

This will be Senator Singleton’s 22nd “Serve with Singleton” project since becoming a State Senator in January of 2018. Previous volunteer efforts include: renovations, indoor and outdoor clean-up days, clothing and supply drives, painting projects, and other community event set-up and staffing functions.

The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Their mission is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight to a world without cancer. For years, they have been the front-runners in the community’s fight to eliminate cancer and raise awareness.
