SIGNORELLO ANNOUNCES CAMPAIGN LEADERSHIP WITH STRONG TIES TO NEW JERSEY

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. – Congressional candidate and Roselle Park Mayor Joe Signorello has assembled the foundation of his leadership team, with nationally recognized strategists and experienced New Jersey-based campaigners joining his team. He has already surpassed $100,000 raised since announcing his candidacy and been heralded by political leaders in the district as the only candidate in the Democratic primary with the experience needed to represent NJ-7 communities.“Running across a dynamic district like this requires a diverse, experienced team that understands the importance of connecting with voters,” said Signorello. “From the farms of Hunterdon and Warren counties, to the suburbs of Morris, Somerset and Union, we’re building a movement focused on the common ground solutions that will flip this district from red to blue and help Democrats take back the House.”

Jason DeAlessi (Campaign Manager) – Jason has been managing and consulting on New Jersey campaigns for nearly a decade. With his team at Fuerza Strategy Group, he has helped candidates at all levels of office and has been working in NJ-07 since 2016. He has appeared on InsiderNJ’s LGBTQ+ and Millennials lists, and Fuerza has won multiple Pollie and Reed awards under his leadership.

Scott Salmon, Esq. (Counsel) – Scott is a partner at Jardim, Meisner & Susser, P.C. where he is the chair of the firm’s Election Group. He has handled some of New Jersey’s highest profile election cases in recent years, including successfully having Kanye West removed from the presidential ballot in New Jersey. Scott served as Campaign Counsel for Rep. Tom Malinowski in 2018, 2020, and 2022.

Mikayla Fitzherbert (Finance Director) – Mikayla has worked on campaign finance teams internally and as a consultant with a national firm where she contributed to the success of dozens of campaigns across the country at all levels of government. She lives in NJ-07 and started her career in campaign finance on Rep. Mikie Sherrill’s campaign.

Danny Kazin (Media Consultant) – Danny is a partner at MZL Media. Their team has created ads for the DCCC, governors and US Senators, and both Obama and Biden for President. Danny formerly helped hold the House majority in 2020 at the DCCC, overseeing the political department and directing the Independent Expenditure, which spent $100 million to help win congressional seats across the nation including NJ-07.Anna Greenberg, Ph.D. (Polling) – Anna is a Senior Partner at GQR and has over 20 years of experience in the political, non-profit, and academic sectors. She was the lead pollster to numerous senators, governors, and members of Congress, including former Rep. Tom Malinowski. Her work in key red-to-blue districts has included Dean Philips (MI), Don Davis (NC), Lizzie Pannill Fletcher (TX), and Kim Schrier (WA). With experience across New Jersey, she has been the long-time polling expert supporting Rep. Donald Norcross and state legislators in South Jersey.

Eric Goldman (Digital Consultant) – Eric is a partner at Break Something, a full-service digital consultancy. He served as the successful campaign manager for Gretchen Whitmer’s 2018 run for governor, which included successfully navigating a contested primary and defeating the sitting Republican Attorney General.
