Singh’s Frivolous Petition Challenge Dismissed; Perennial Candidate’s Campaign in Desperation Mode

Mehta

ELIZABETH – Calling perennial candidate Hirsh Singh’s now dismissed petition challenge “frivolous” and “a waste of taxpayer time and money”, GOP frontrunner Dr. Rik Mehta today said that Singh is not fit to represent the Republican Party in November.

In a virtual hearing today before an Administrative Law Judge, Singh and his crony, King Penna, argued that Mehta’s candidacy should be disqualified because he referred to himself as “Rik” instead of “Rikin” on his online petitions.

“Hirsh humiliated himself with this frivolous challenge. This charade was not only a waste of taxpayer time and money, but the basis of the challenge was offensive,” said Dr. Mehta. “Can you imagine a credible candidate bringing a challenge to a man named Jon, because his petitions identified himself as Jonathan? In the midst of a global pandemic killing thousands of Americans, this is the garbage that Hirsh trots out?”

Mehta, who won the preferred ballot placement in counties that comprise 82% of the GOP vote statewide, said today’s bogus challenge was proof that Singh knows he can’t win headto-head.

“We crushed Hirsh during the county convention process, and he’s headed for another loss in the primary, so this was his Hail Mary pass, and it just failed,” added Dr. Mehta.

“The fact of the matter is that Hirsh has been handed things his entire life and he feels entitled to this nomination. Typically, instead of figuring out why voters are rejecting him again, his reaction is to lash out and lie about me. It’s clearly not working.”
