Sires Statement on Undergoing Hip Replacement Surgery

(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Congressman Albio Sires (D-NJ), made the following statement after receiving hip replacement surgery early yesterday morning. 

“I underwent a successful hip replacement procedure in New Jersey. I am appreciative of everyone who has reached out to me with kind words, and I am happy to say I am feeling well. Most importantly, I did not miss any of my legislative duties during this past week and am looking forward to resuming my work for the people of the 8th District as normal on Monday.”
