Statement by South Jersey Progressive Democrats in support of a ceasefire and commitment to peace in the Middle East:

Today we are rallying to call for a ceasefire in the Middle East, imploring Hamas to release all hostages and for Israel to stand down from executing further attacks in Gaza. We call for an end to warmongering. It is time for world leaders to end the killing and broker a peace.

Join us on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 3:30 pm for a peaceful demonstration outside the Cherry Hill office of Representative Donald Norcross (located at 10 Melrose Avenue) where we will be calling for a ceasefire and renewed, meaningful efforts at peacebuilding.
