Her practice will focus on the areas of estate tax planning and administration, federal estate and gift taxation, business succession planning and elder law.

Admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Florida, Margaret Spaziani is based in Lindabury’s Red Bank office. Among other honors, she has been voted a Monmouth County Top Lawyer by Monmouth Health & Life. She is an appointed member of the District IX Ethics Committee and is a member of the Women in Profession Section and the Monmouth County Bar Association.

Margaret Spaziani began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Andresini, Tax Court of New Jersey. She holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, as well as a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and B.S. and B.A. from Villanova University.
