Speaker Coughlin on NJ Economic Advisory Council’s Final Report

Council’s Report Offers COVID-19 Reopening and Recovery Recommendations

 

(TRENTON) – Following the release today of the New Jersey Economic Advisory Council’s final report regarding recommendations to best position the State for success and recovery when it is fully reopened, Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) issued the following statement:

“Thank you to Chairman Zoffinger and every member of the New Jersey Economic Advisory Council for their tireless work in crafting this report.

“I commend the Chairman’s leadership and his undeniable commitment to the State of New Jersey.

“I look forward to reviewing the Council’s report. It is my expectation that many of the recommendations will help guide the Assembly in drafting responsible legislation to benefit New Jersey’s nine million residents as we work to fully recover from the economic and public health crisis created by the COVID-19 pandemic.”
