Stack, Mukherji & McGreevey to Unveil Proposed ‘Pre-entry’ Program 

TRENTON – Senator Brian Stack, Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Assemblyman Raj Mukherji, Chair of the Assembly Judiciary Committee, will join with Former Governor Jim McGreevey, Chairman of the New Jersey Reentry Corporation, and Larry Lustberg, Co-Chair of Commercial & Criminal Litigation at Gibbons Law, on Thursday to unveil a legislative proposal for a “pre-entry” program that would adopt into the pre-trial system many of the services proven successful in re-entry programs.

The news conference will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, February 9^th, in Room 103 of the Statehouse in Trenton.
