STATE SENATOR JOE PENNACCHIO ANNOUNCES
NEW JERSEY RIGHT TO LIFE SUPPORT
Montville, NJ — State Senator Joe Pennacchio (R-Essex, Morris & Passaic) announced today the support of New Jersey Right to Life. Marie Tasy Executive Director stated in her letter, “You have been a true, outspoken Pro-Life leader in the NJ Senate, and we sincerely appreciate your votes and efforts to work with us to protect the lives of babies in the womb and their mothers from the exploitation of the profit driven abortion industry.”
“I am very appreciative of the support I received from New Jersey Right to Life. With their help, we challenged Planned Parenthood and called for an investigation when they were exposed for selling baby parts under the guise of charging ‘a packaging and transportation fee,’ shameful. It is also important to note my co-prime sponsorship of S-2026, the New Jersey “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act,” which recognizes that babies in the womb feel pain at 20 weeks gestation and should be treated no less than the way we treat animals,” concluded Pennacchio.
The Senator announced earlier this week the organizational support of the Essex County and Passaic County Republican Organizations, as well as securing the Morris County Regular Republican Organization slogan. He previously announced the support of every Republican Municipal Chair person, and all Republican and independent Mayors that comprise the 26th Legislative District. The Senator’s 26th Legislative District consists of Fairfield, North Caldwell, Verona and West Caldwell in Essex County, Butler, Jefferson, Kinnelon, Lincoln Park, Montville, Morris Plains, Parsippany and Rockaway Township in Morris County and West Milford in Passaic County.
