STATEMENT FROM CHAIRMAN ROB BENGIVENGA JR: MIDDLESEX COUNTY REPUBLICANS HOLDS ONTO SEATS AND CONGRATULATES PRESIDENT-ELECT TRUMP AND LOCAL WINNERS

SOUTH PLAINFIELD — Yesterday, voters across Middlesex County made their voices heard at the polls, electing & reelecting Republicans to local seats, and setting a historical precedent bringing President-elect Trump within single digits of winning the county, a feat not done for over 20 years.

“Voters across New Jersey and Middlesex County came out to express their frustration with the Biden-Harris administration and voted for change, with our party welcoming even more members of the Jewish, Hispanic, Asian, and African American communities into our Republican coalition who share our concerns over affordability, public safety, inflation, and high taxes.

I am proud of our 2024 Republican candidates that have tirelessly knocked doors, made calls, and earned the trust of the voters in their communities throughout the county,” said Middlesex County Republican Organization Chairman Robert Bengivenga Jr. “We salute our candidates who put themselves on the ballot and came up short, we recognize you all for your courage and conviction to run for office to make your communities a better place and give people a choice this November.”

“The Executive Board and I are proud of the hard work all our candidates, commiteemembers, and volunteers put into this election. We look forward to even more successful efforts in 2025 with the election of a Republican Governor, state legislature, and local races.”

We congratulate our winning candidates:
