Once again, we have Democrats on their high horse about “GOP Dysfunction.” This time they fall into the classic person with a gas can and a hose scenario. Kevin McCarthy was willing to put the country above the party to keep the government running, supposedly what Democrats want. But when a renegade, nihilist group attempted to move the speaker, the Democrats were happy to join and add to the chaos. Particularly disturbing was the vote of Josh Gottheimer, the so-called moderate problem solver. This was a perfect opportunity for the Congressman to show real leadership, instead he showed his true partisanship. The Democrats are actually the dysfunctional ones, from Biden on down they continue to mandate unpopular policies on the public, and show incompetence in running anything they touch. It is time for regular Republicans to stand up for pragmatic conservatism that can win the future and the first part of that is making the public realize that Democrats are at fault for our current political climate and direction.
