In an era where facts matter, it is increasingly important for people to get the story straight.

Here are the facts:

1. Dominic Timpani is a former Alderman for the Town of Dover.

2. Mr. Timpani has a vendetta against me, because I supported a candidate in 2015 that defeated him.

3. Mr. Timpani has a lengthy criminal history and is believed to be unstable and mentally unfit.

4. At the meeting of Tuesday, July 24, 2018, I ruled Mr. Timpani out of order because he used abusive speech and then I had him removed when he used the N- word. The full recording of the meeting shows this in detail.

While I believe that Mr. Timpani’s allegation is so tortious and vitriolic that a response is undignified, I will state that I ABSOLUTELY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY DENY THE ALLEGATIONS – – IT NEVER HAPPENED AND IS JUST ANOTHER BLATANT LIE TO FURTHER A DEPLORABLE POLITICAL AGENDA FOR THE SAKE OF DIVISIVE ETHNIC POLITICS.

It is also unfortunate that these very same people are using Town meetings for political attacks and personal agendas instead of conducting productive Town business.
