WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Sunday, December 27, 2020, Problem Solvers Caucus Co-Chairs Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) and Tom Reed (NY-23) released the following statement in response to President Trump signing the bipartisan COVID-19 emergency relief package into law:
