Statute of Limitations Bill to be Considered by Senate Judiciary Committee

 

 

Trenton – Legislation sponsored by Senator Joseph F. Vitale and Senator Nicholas P. Scutari, S-477, which would expand the statute of limitations in certain civil actions for sexual abuse, will be considered by the Senate Judiciary Committee this Thursday, March 7th.

 

The meeting will be held at 1:00PM in Committee Room 4, 1st Floor, State House Annex, Trenton, New Jersey.
